My husband and I loved to eat in different restaurants. We wanted to try different dishes and desserts. Since my work is located in SM Mall of Asia, what we usually do is eat in a certain restaurant every pay day. One of our favorites is Julies Ihaw Ihaw which can be found near the bay. Eversince my husband tasted their delicious buttered shrimp, he tried cooking it on his own. And as a result, he was able to satisfy my taste. Perfect!. Hehe :)
1/2 bottle of Jufran chili sauce (320 grams per bottle)
1tbsp garlic, minced
1 cup Sprite or Royal
1tbsp garlic, minced
1 cup Sprite or Royal
2 red/green bell pepper sliced
1/4 cup of butter (star margarine or dairy cream)
4 grams of maggie magic sarap (approx 1/2 small sachet)My husband's cooking procedure: (Good for 2 persons only)
1. Put shrimps in a small pan, pour 1/2 cup sprite/royal, add garlic and let it boil for about 5 minutes.
2. Pour Jufran chili sauce and add butter.
3. Sprinkle ground black pepper, green or red bell pepper and maggie magic sarap.
4. Let it simmer for another 3 minutes. (You can add more sprite and Jufran chili sauce if you wanted more sauce).
5. Serve while still hot. Yummy!
